Fresh agave piñas are received and undergo quality checks to ensure optimal maturity and fiber content.

Agave Milling
The agave is mechanically milled into fibers, preparing it for efficient extraction.

Extraction & Filtration
Fresh agave piñas are received and undergo quality checks to ensure optimal maturity and fiber content.

Evaporation
The filtered solution is concentrated through controlled evaporation to reduce water content.

Spray Drying
The concentrated inulin is transformed into a fine, free-flowing powder using spray drying technology.

Packaging
Final product is packed under hygienic, controlled conditions into industrial or retail-ready formats.
